is a five-day extravaganza featuring more than a dozen special events
designed to showcase the best SLO and Santa Barbara County wines July

20TH ANNUAL RENAISSANCE FESTIVAL has an Elizabethan
theme set in the year 1565. More than 130 booths, several stages, inns,
and military camps are set up to bring the mythical village of Donnybrook-Upon-the-Thames

PEACE PICNIC IN THE PARK, a community event
sponsored by Parents Concerned About the Draft, is at Elm Street Park
in Arroyo Grande on Saturday July 24 from 12 to 3 p.m. Parents
and young adults are invited to this free event. Bring your own picnic
lunch, hear pending legislation to re-instate the draft and begin your
file to prove you are a conscientious objector. Materials to make your

ART ON THE RANGE, a benefit to support the
arts and the earth is Saturday, July 24 from 3 to 7 p.m. with a
barn dance, painted cows along Highway 1, music, poetry, food and fun.
