20TH ANNUAL RENAISSANCE FESTIVAL has an Elizabethan theme set in the year 1565. PEACE PICNIC IN THE PARK, a community event sponsored by Parents Concerned About the Draft, is at Elm Street Park in Arroyo Grande on Saturday July 24 from 12 to 3 p.m. Parents and young adults are invited to this free event. Bring your own picnic lunch, hear pending legislation to re-instate the draft and begin your file to prove you are a conscientious objector. Materials to make your own peace signs will be provided. ART ON THE RANGE, a benefit to support the arts and the earth is Saturday, July 24 from 3 to 7 p.m. with a barn dance, painted cows along Highway 1, music, poetry, food and fun. Art on the Range is at
