MORRO BAY RECREATION AND PARKS DEPARTMENT is seeking local artists to display their work in the Morro Bay Community Center Art Gallery. Selected artists show for one month at a time. Info: 772-6278.

ARTE DE TIZA is looking for artists to chalk up the sidewalks in Paso Robles on Sept. 18. The event, sponsored by the Paso Robles Art Association, has 28 squares in downtown Paso marked off for individual artists to create work. Arte de Tiza runs in conjunction with A Taste of Downtown.
